Siembra requires background checks for all individuals offered employment, as well as district contractors, contractor employees, and volunteers who may have unsupervised access to students. This requirement is a critical component of Siembra’s commitment to student safety and maintaining a secure learning environment.

Fingerprinting is required as part of the background clearance process. Human Resources will assist candidates and partners throughout the process and provide instructions for local fingerprinting or approved virtual options, as applicable.
