As Siembra continues to scale in growth of students, facilities, programming, and staff, we are strategically adding a Work-Based Learning Coordinator position to our staffing model. We are looking for an authentic, passionate, dynamic, and inspiring professional who will demonstrate commitment to improving education for all students and families through School Leadership and Work Based Learning program development. We value creative and energetic professionals who have an enthusiastic approach to innovative education as it applies to self, colleagues, and students.

As a Project-Based Learning Facilitator, you will design and oversee engaging, industry-driven projects aligned with learning objectives, collaborating with colleagues in a co-teaching model. Cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset is pivotal, as you actively contribute to the innovative school design space. Project teachers will develop equitable assessment systems, ensuring inclusivity in instruction, and foster community engagement through partnerships beyond the school walls. With a focus on school culture, project teachers will guide a caseload of students through their high school journey, prioritizing their holistic development. Project teachers will also actively participate in professional development, commitment to social justice, and promote the school model to the broader community.
