Siembra requires background checks for all individuals offered employment, as well as district contractors, contractor employees, and volunteers who may have unsupervised access to students. Fingerprinting is required as part of the background clearance process. Human Resources will assist candidates and partners throughout the process and provide instructions for local fingerprinting or approved virtual options, as applicable.
