Internships

Siembra is dedicated to enriching students' educational experiences beyond the classroom through paid internships. Available to juniors and seniors, these internships offer hands-on learning opportunities in collaboration with local community partners. The program extends across both fall and spring semesters, spanning 15 weeks each. Participating students dedicate 12 hours per week to their internships, where they engage in real-world experiences and apply their academic knowledge to practical settings. Interns receive compensation at a rate of $15 per hour, recognizing and valuing their contributions to the community and their own professional development. Siembra's internship program aims to foster a seamless transition from academic learning to real-world application, preparing students for future success.
